1. The rooms were very comfortable - wished the stocked drinks and snacks were not in the room ( the kids wanted to rip into them) I think parking should have been free for guest ( $275 and up a room you would think they wouldn't charge for your car also) The pool was nice but was not deep enough for an adult to swim in - the kids loved the slide.

2. Didn't like paying $20/day parking even though we had a season pass to the park (free parking at park but not hotels).

3. The early entry into Harry Potter and the fast pass were invaluable,my only complaint would be the same as many others who have stayed here is that the parking should be complimentary for residents.

4. Room key also let you in and out of car park, and I was never charged for parking which was an added bonus (?glitch with card as wouldn't work elsewhere to charge things to either).
