The cons are, Hotel staff not very friendly or warm, booked a room with two QUEEN beds and was given a room with two double beds, nothing that stood out to make this a 4 star hotel, it was clean and neat but that was about it, the restaurant does not have a menu with much to choose from, and the biggest con was we were traveling with my elderly mother and when I called the hotel from the parking lot to ask where 'handi-cap' parking was I was told by the first person that they did not know and then the person I was transferred to told me that the only handi-cap parking was going to be further than if we were to park in a regular space in the parking garage.
