4. Despite charging a hefty premium compared to other hotels, the Westin Oaks is old and worn out:1) The rooms need refurbishing, bits missing etc2) No safes in the rooms3) The rooms seem very spartan4) The whole place has a dated feel to it5) Poor security - bad especially as it is connected to the GalleriaI recommend saving money and staying in a better hotel.

5. I'll go ahead and enclose screen shots from my bank statement as proof before I get accused of lying or libel because I am categorically making this public statement: Westin Galleria Hotel stole money from me, which makes them thieves and scumbags.

6. I had two rooms for two nights at the Westin Galleria recently and whilst I'd love to talk about the what the rooms are like, I will concentrate on the HOTEL STEALING MONEY from me.

7. Ok, I will start off by saying I am SPG Platinum and have stayed in MANY Westin Hotels, W's, Sheratons etc. This in one of the worst values for the money you can get by Westin.

8. I stayed at the Sheraton Suites across the street the last time and it had a very nice FREE breakfast, clean spacious modern rooms, AND a business center for less money.
