1. Concierge desk were awesome, but for the price, I wouldnt stay there again.

2. I could shop, meet friends, free park and had access to loads of restaurants etc. A very, very good experience for the price I paid.

4. Of course when you are staying there the entire Houston Galleria dining experience is available to you at every level of elegance and price.

5. The only problems were that the cell phone reception was not good at all in the rooms (AT&T), the walls are pretty thin, so noise carries easily, and the bathrooms could be a little more spacious for the price.

10. I'm actually back in Houston for several months but have been unable to get a competitive price for this hotel again so I am staying at a 4 star elsewhere.
