1. Since there is no club lounge there is no business center for SPG gold and platinum AND it costs something like $7 for ten minutes in the business center for internet.

7. The hotel offers what a 4 star hotel offers but I just think that a call for 3 minutes to Mexico shouldn't cost 50 USD.

8. He had no knowledge of fare costs, need for exact change, etc. Moreover, he had no information from the bus company with schedules, etc. When I asked him for alternatives, he simply pointed to the line of cabs outside.
