1. World Trade T across the street so easy access to all the famliy fun spots in Boston.

4. There is also an excellent diner just a bit further South on A street from Binford @ Second St called My Diner which has cheap delicious diner food.

6. There are lots and lots of free overnight parking spots on the bridge on Summer Street, a couple minute's walk from the hotel, but do read the signs about which side of the street gets cleaned on which nights.

9. Just make sure you read the signs carefully so you don`t park on the side that will tow for street cleaning that night or in spots that require a resident permit.
