1. If you would like to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant which is lovely and open for breakfast and lunch (during the week heavy business crowd, weekends, pretty empty - I guess the business people are the only ones that can afford to eat here).

7. The hotel is located in the waterfront section of Boston which has a lot of great restaurants and bars that are are easily reached in under 10 minutes on foot.
