10. what we got were long delays at check in, housekeeping knocking on the door at 7:45am despite a 'Do not disturb sign', substandard room service (forgetting an entree and then not delivering it), being kicked out of the hotel at noon despite having been *guaranteed* a 4pm check out by Starwood Preferred Guest upon reserving.
