4. I was most upset by this situation because I stood patiently at the front desk on the day of check out for 30-40 minutes to clear up some of the confusion.

The once stellar service has become lackluster and un-attentive (I had to break up a game of grab butt at the front desk when trying to check out and was treated like I was a major interruption), the quality of the food is horrible (how do you screw up fried eggs?) and the condition of the hotel is on par with a Red Roof Inn.

9. Staff generally good, did have a wait on check out as only 2 desks open and no priority for SPG guests, in fact when we went up to the SPG desk we were told very rudely by another guest to get back in line, and the staff ignored it.

10. We did check out the pool & fitness center which were both very nice on the Mezzanine level.
