1. Wifi works every time, and is free if you join the Kimpton Loyalty club.

3. Be sure to join Kimpton's InTouch Guest Loyalty program for free WiFi, a Raid the Bar card and other amenities--although beware that if you book through some websites and not directly with Kimpton, you will not earn points for your stay--but you will still get special treatment.

You get: - Free WiFi (it actually worked, and wasn't slow!)- Programmable A/C unit that actually works- Flat panel TV- Nice sized desk- Great decor (especially compared to other hotels)- iHome radio/iPod/iPhone player- Leopard print robes- Pet friendly - Quiet (even with our room right next to the ice machine)- Decent view (from our room which faced the street)- In center city- North station subway just a block away- Great, helpful staffWe loved our stay here.

7. The rooms themselves are smaller, pretty much a theme for Boston; but done in muted contrasting colors, with comfy bedding and linens, great TV's, wireless internet, and bathrooms.
