1. Parking on the street is free on Sunday, so you get charged $42 and the valet simply parks it free 50 feet up the street.

8. The famous North End is a 5-10 minute walk, tops; the Wharf is maybe 15-20; The Constitution is about a 25 minute walk over a nearby bridge; and Beacon Street is also within walking distance.

10. The area seems to be in transition with one tree lined street full of nice pubs next to a less attractive parking lot type placeShort walk to Faneuil Hall Marketplace and a bit longer but do-able to the Common and Beacon Hill.
