1. They gave us a place to change, plenty of towels, a hair drier and even a bag of sweets for our 7 year-old to cheer her up.

5. the hotel lobby/bar area is small & basic but the rooms (albeit on the small side) had everthing that we needed including towelling robes, large flat screen TV, free morning newspaper & fully stocked mini bar etc. We did sleep in a room next to the 7th floor lift but no problem with noise etc. However, their was construction work happening in the nearby streets which started at 6am every morning which did interupt our sleep.

6. I had thrown the towels on the floor to get new towels and we left the bed unmade and pillows everywhere from sleep the night before.
