1. Parking on the street is free on Sunday, so you get charged $42 and the valet simply parks it free 50 feet up the street.

4. The area seems to be in transition with one tree lined street full of nice pubs next to a less attractive parking lot type placeShort walk to Faneuil Hall Marketplace and a bit longer but do-able to the Common and Beacon Hill.
