1. I found the hotel to be comfortable , and the staff very friendly -The Bar had a really good atmosphere although a bit on the pricy side.

3. Staff are great (thanks Jim Carrey the concierge for great Sox tickets at face value!), the restaurant / bar serves some incredible food & drink, and the hotel is steeped in history & luxury.

4. The staff were unfailingly nice (although were a bit distracted in the restaurant) and I was charmed by many of the thoughtful details; for example, there's a hotel mascot, Catie Copley, a black lab and you can arrange with the concierge to take her for her evening walk.
