1. The fitness center is small but adequate and you can arrange to use two larger gyms in the area for a small daily fee.

2. I didn't want to pay the $42/night parking fee since I don't use my car in Boston so I was fortunate enough to be able to leave my car at a friends outside of Boston and take the commuter rail into town.
