1. You'd think if you're spending a premium to stay there, the price would include free wi-fi or at least free business centre usage.

4. After the game we went to the Oak bar, where we were floored by the prices ($17 Martini) The note said they are the best, so i told my finance to order one just because we were there.

10. I had previously been at the Four Seasons and (although room there is more spacious) the service they offer at the Copley Plaza is by far better and at a lower price.
