6. The only inconsistency in service I can comment on is housekeeping, some days, we would get 5 hand towels, most days the shampoos/shower gels were not replenished, some days the kleenex box was not replenished.

7. The housekeeping staff even told my husband this was the worst wing of the hotel and we should have them move us.

8. Housekeeping is not well done: there are still old tissues on the corridors, meal plates from breakfast in other rooms for a long time, glasses on the floor etc. We consider that the high price for the room is not aligned with the bad quality of the experience.

9. When we called to complain about this, the housekeeping manager came straight away and showed genuine surprise and quickly arranged a better room for us - in that respect the way they reacted showed the quality of the establishment.
