2. We were able to do a great walking tour of downtown Boston, starting at the Trinity Church, which was right across the street, through the Boston Common, up Beacon Hill, through Quincy Market and eventually making our way to the North End for some great Italian food & pastries.

3. There`s a metro stop for the Green Line just across the plaza (convenient for getting to the heart of downtown or out to the Museum of Fine Arts).

4. I would recommend the Bulfinch hotel which is also in downtown Boston, cheaper, and nicer rooms without the outrageous prices.

6. Furthermore, the hotel was perfectly located in Copley Square- literally steps away from the marathon bus pick-up, finish line, the expo, the green line subway (which connects to the airport blue line), downtown Boston, and the various night-life on Boylston Street.
