3. With the exception of a check in person who was quite snooty (perhaps she was having a bad day?) and misinformed about our reservation (she insisted we had been upgraded which was news to us since we had purchased a Deluxe room) the staff were wonderful.

All the staff were very kind and helpful: the concierge on the gold floor who made our check in and out really fast and gave us great suggestions for dinner, the waiters who always cheered us in the morning and went out of their way to pamper us, and the cleaning ladies who did a fantastic job in keeping our beautiful room spic and span.
