1. Throughout the day you have full access to the coffee, bar & coolers filled with beverages, bottled water, beers, juices, etc. the only charge is for wine/beer/ cocktaails and its the honor system- $5 per drink (very reasonable for Boston!).

2. And guests should not have to move furniture to find an electrical outlet but that's what is required to charge your lap-top, etc. The outlet in the bathroom is positioned too close to the ornately framed mirror.

4. (Um, shouldn't there be a $30 charge on the bill then?!) We relayed the information we had received from 3 different people at the hotel and she took the charge off.
