3. We had amazing service, a gorgeous room looking over the Bay with views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge, a huge, very nice bathroom (with a shower spray that would almost knock you down - a compliment).

4. Bell service at check in was excellent, the front desk was efficient and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, especially for a city hotel.
