1. Housekeeping did a good job of making a welcoming bed every night (although I found 2 hairs on my comforter the 1st night) and replenishing towels/toiletries.

3. Being a pre-tech property, it was difficult to conveniently plug in my phone, laptop and iPad, though housekeeping would have no problem plugging in a vacuum, as the receptacles were all inches off the floor, but not near the desk.

9. My only complaints -- the carpet could use a good cleaning and every day after housekeeping cleaned we would find multiple hairs in the bathroom that clearly didn't belong to us.
