1. At the Fairmont SF, that entitles you to free use of the onsite gym, and free wireless.

10. A lovely surprise is the Free coffee they supply in the foyer between 4:30am - 7:00 am each morning for the guests that jog or go to the gym etc. Nice touch for us as one day we left early (6:15am) for a coach tour.
