1. The staff at reception were helpful and courteous but although the concierge were helpful they recommended a very poor restaurant in china town which spoiled one of our evenings which was very disappointing as we were only there for 4 nights.

10. There is a little Italian bistro within walking distance (I forget the name, but a concierge may be able to help) and a great little breakfast place that serves sandwiches right across from the cablecar museum (a slight walk down a steep hill near Chinatown).
