1. they were quick to change the lightbulb in my bathroom that went out, and took care of the charge to my room for gym usage (it's free if you're a president's club member).

5. ) and upgraded our boys to the 4th floor in the tower without charge and charged us $60 per night upgrade to the 20th floor in the tower which gave us breathtaking views of San Fran Bay/Alcatraz/The Golden Gate Bridge, a treat not to be missed.

7. The next morning when I went down to they gym for a quick 20 minute workout - they told me it would be an additional $10 charge, and when I got back up to my room to shower, I discovered while showering that they had given me two bottles of conditioner, and no shampoo.
