1. Bell service at check in was excellent, the front desk was efficient and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, especially for a city hotel.

3. With great difficultly we brought all of our bags in through the single door (that needed to be held open -- how is this ADA compliant?) Once we made it to the check-in desk, we were told that we would have a tower room on the 4th floor.
