1. Very helpful professional staff except for door staff who were too preoccupied talking with sedan drivers to flag a cab for this pressed traveller - but that is an uncommon experience at this uncommonly fun group of boutique hotels.

2. I find that staff at all Kimpton properties go above and beyond to make you feel incredibly welcome but when I got to my room I was not prepared for the incredible view that I was met with.
