1. The rooftop club is worth a visit for the views alone, but bring lots of money and expect a big scene, beginning with the red velvet ropes leading to the dedicated elevator and the dudes in dark suits with attitudes giving everyone a studied once-over.

9. Just a 5 minute walk from the Hotel towards the Hudson River is an excellent 24 hour Diner which offers very good and reasonable value for money food.
