6. The location is great if you don't want to be right in the heart of the sky-scrappers and tower blocks of Manhatten, with plenty of great restaurants on 9th Ave and 46th Street a 5 minutes walk away and then Times Square and Broadway only another 5 minutes.

8. There's plenty of great restaurants and small eateries within 7 or 8 minutes walk of the hotel; many of them are on or near 9th Avenue, that area is also referred to on maps as Restaurant Row.
