1. The doorman was very courteous and would always ask if we need a taxi and hail one for us; on the last day they kept five bags for us stowed away as our flight was six hours after check-out time and they stored them free of charge and then carried them to the taxi which he hailed for us, great service whilst we sat back in the lounge area having a drink.

3. I called to ask the front desk to inquire about changing rooms (after the first night) and was told I could do so the next morning, and they wouldn't charge me any more (how nice of them).

4. The room was extremely clean and had mini bar, iron and board, dressing gowns, hairdryer and lots more on request - some free of charge some not.

5. When I brought it to the attention of the hotel manager he apologized , removed the charge and supplied a beautiful fruit dish in it's place.

6. I hope you find this review helpful and the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was the distance, they even gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolates free of charge as it was my partners birthday which was a nice touch.
