At the end of the day, it's a nice hotel but given the various other options, chances are unless they clean up their first impression issues I've had with them I don't know if I can vouch for it being a top choice in NY, nor recommend it to people who hold accountability and communication standards to staff.

4. I'd have gladly enjoyed a treatment or two during our stay as I do normally however couldn't justify the cost when I could buy a pair of shoes instead ;) I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends .
