1. The Housekeeping staff were all friendly and talkative as in other Kimpton hotels I have stayed in.

My only minor complaints were that there was no turn down service--so late night we were struggling to pull the shades over those gorgeous huge windows, and the next day housekeeping woke us up at 9 AM after our late night of partying to clean the room, and proceeded to come back twice to see if we were out yet, despite it being our check out day.

8. From the attentive doormen, to the welcoming and accommodating Concierge, to the waiters in the restaurant, the housekeeping staff & the responses when we called Guest Services -all were highly personable and could not do enough to help.

9. She wasn't able to find anyone locally to take care of what I needed that same day, but she suggested that I could send the dress through the hotel's dry-clean services, and said she had spoken with the head of housekeeping who didn't think there would be any problem.
