What's more, the staff have gone above and beyond more than once to help me when I have problems - let me into a room very early when I arrived in New York with a bad fever (and sent up a cake to the room), etc. I also like their gym - usually the overlookable achilles heel of the Kimpton experience, INK48's gym is serviceable and always clean.
