1. When we came back from sightseeing a bit, we were thrilled to find a bottle of white wine on ice with a handwritten note from the manager wishing my husband a happy birthday - a very nice touch.

5. My husband I spent chose to spend our 40th anniversary weekend at INK48 - and I can't heap enough praise on Jeffrey Behrens, the Concierge Services Manager, who upgraded us, sent us champagne and chocolate, and was gracious and welcoming.
