1. Even the valet service is reasonably accurate in its estimate of a '5-10 minute wait' for your car to be brought around to the door (although 10 min is probably more reasonable).

10. Kudos to two staff members, the Iranian gentleman at the front desk who was very knowledgeable about the area and gave me great directions, even at 1 in the morning, and the valet supervisor during the 1st shift on 06/22.
