4. I'm not sure what in the world was going on, but this time when we tried to get help at different times via phone from the concierge, bellman, the hotline, and check out services, the phone would often ring and ring with no answer.

7. It is close to great restaurants such as Gage (see my review on this), and it has one of the BEST concierges of I have ever encountered (Phillipe).

8. My advice is:ask for an updated room away from the noisy L, enjoy a drink in the lobby, and have that fabulous concierge Phillipe direct you to some hot spots.
