1. So close to Millennium Park, shopping, great restaurants, Lake Shore Drive and the Navy Pier (which was a sweet perk for runners like me).

4. From here you can enjoy the city - walk to magnificient Millenium Park or to the shores of Lake Michigan or to wonderful summer festivals that are held on the lake front and Grant Park or to some of the great shopping emporiums located here.

8. We ate at Millers Pub, a friendly place around the corner, then headed east on Monroe toward the lakefront to watch fireworks off of Navy Pier and played outdoor mini-golf at a place right on Monroe and Lake Shore Drive (fun and charming place that served bar food and drinks outdoors).
