1. The good: every employee was polite, helpful and welcoming; room size substantial (we had a 2 dbl bed, 2 bathroom room); very comfy beds & pillows; no hallway/adjoining room noise (outside traffic noise was minimal, and we were nowhere near the elevators or the El); the Executive Level breakfast & appetizers were fantastic; pool and hot tub area clean & nice; entire hotel very clean; room service food very tasty.
