1. The hotel is in a great location, over looking Gant Park on Michigan avenue, and close enough to walk a few blocks up to the magnificant mile and all the shopping.

2. The one drawback is the location (it's on south michigan and a bit far from offices, shopping and restaurants), but the walk is nice and public transportation is very easy and convenient.
