1. The housekeeping staff is great and they really do a good job and have a terrific attitude as does every employee I encountered at this classic-looking hotel.

7. When we arrived at the room, we had no shampoo (lots of conditioner!) and our headboard had a grease stain on it (probably from someone sitting up in bed) but a call to housekeeping brought hangars, soap, shampoo and a pleasant supervisor who wiped down the headboard.
