1. They didn't give me the code for the complementary wi-fi (otherwise $7.50 per HOUR) and they 'forgot' to tell me that although the gym costs something like $40 per day, the indoor track and the pool were free.

4. Definitely recommend using a bellman to show you to your room, he said they can typically take care of things for you, and it only cost the price of a tip.

9. We were there with another couple (shared a room) so that cost was pretty reasonable when you consider the free continental breakfast every morning.

10. The bellhop estimated it would cost $7.35 for our family of 5 to get there by taxi - That turned out to be the exact fare - cheaper than the subway, and we stayed dry.
