1. On Sunday, our room was not cleaned at all, although someone did come by in the late afternoon to offer fresh towels.

3. Bathrooms were well-appointed, marble, nice showers and big towels, and very nice shampoos, soaps, etc.Hotel is within walking distance of Shedd Aquarium and Chicago Art Institute, as well as Millenium Park, 3 of the must-see things in the city.
