Plusses: one of the best gyms I've ever seen in a hotel (including a great jogging track and a quasi-olympic indoor pool); great executive floor; historic lobby with many films made there; very comfortable room (mine had two bathrooms!they must have broken a wall down between two tiny rooms to make my average room).

5. They didn't give me the code for the complementary wi-fi (otherwise $7.50 per HOUR) and they 'forgot' to tell me that although the gym costs something like $40 per day, the indoor track and the pool were free.
