Also, to the room service guy who brought us our breakfast -- don't stare sullenly at the receipt after I sign it and then sulk out of my room because I didn't give you anything extra on TOP of the 18% gratuity fee that is ALREADY on the bill and all the other miscellany charges Hilton added on to my $60 breakfast that was worth about $12.
