1. Check-in was super friendly and fast, they accommodated our request for a room on a high floor with views of the river (beautiful views with 4 or 5 bridges over the river)Standard Room was large, well laid-out.

The upsides:- excellent room service menu- very friendly staff- nice Club Lounge with decent breakfast options (cereals, fruits, breads, bagels, eggs, etc)- rooms are quiet, and many have nice views of the riverThe downsides:- always full of Platinums, so upgrades are pretty much limited to moving to Executive floors- no Comedy Central on the TV (*so* annoying - The Daily Show & Colbert missed every night)That said, I've probably stayed 20 nights in the last two months, because (despite their having Comedy Central!) it's nicer than the W City Center.
