8. Bathrooms: The towel location (above the toilet, 5 steps away) and soap dish (flimsy piece of plastic that doesn't actually function) are two things that management should address (inexpensive fixes).

Availed of there green room offer, this means that no one enters your room, I would of thought that they would have emptyied the bins and replenish the coffee, however this was not on offer, maybe they should think about this aspect, it is a green room promotion not a dirty room promotion, I understand not changing out the towels and sheets, but the rest could have been looked after.
