1. The room looked like housekeeping had cleaned it in a hurry, the drawers were all open and a couple of spots needed a sweeping though.

The good: The heavenly beds are really heavenlythe bad: Poor service, room was a bit dirty, housekeeping arrived to clean the room at 8:30 am and woke us up!, service was not good: the so called 'manager' was very rude, when i asked to extend my stay, explaining my circumstances that i came from rome italy to spend a wknd in chicago with my sister, she was not at all accomodating, and didnt even check my room number or look into the computer or take my name to see if she could help us.

5. The hotel is very energy conscience and every time housekeeping came to clean up, they would turn off all the lights that we had left on, and also unplug any chargers we had left plugged into the wall, being unused.
