1. Got a great rate with parking included which is a big must in my book when heading to the Windy City.

2. From the friendly greeting by the parking valet to the desk clerk who had no problem letting us use our room an hour after check out time everyone seemed to want to keep our business.

3. Also, regarding parking: their valet is 52 dollars, but they also have a self park lot directly across the street for 34-- when i called they didnt advise me of this option and we ended up parking a bit farther down, it would have been nice to have been informed about the self park option.
