The upsides:- excellent room service menu- very friendly staff- nice Club Lounge with decent breakfast options (cereals, fruits, breads, bagels, eggs, etc)- rooms are quiet, and many have nice views of the riverThe downsides:- always full of Platinums, so upgrades are pretty much limited to moving to Executive floors- no Comedy Central on the TV (*so* annoying - The Daily Show & Colbert missed every night)That said, I've probably stayed 20 nights in the last two months, because (despite their having Comedy Central!) it's nicer than the W City Center.

8. We had a club room at the end of the hall with a fantastic view of the Chicago River, and privileges to use the lounge on the 20th floor for complimentary continental breakfast and evening snacks (mixed drinks and wine were extra).
