1. They do offer breakfast in the club lounge which is free if you're Platinum and it has a good selection of fruit, bagels, juice, yogurt, etc.I'll continue to stay here if I get a good deal, but I think if they tried to go above and beyond a little bit and trained their people to be more helpful, I think it could really help the hotel.

2. I've stayed at most Starwoods in Chicago and I keep coming back here because it's a nice hotel, fairly good option to get to my office and I can usually get a good deal.

3. This would just be another accident except I basically 'argued' with the host at the time behind the counter to look up the reservation deal because he did not believe we should have access.
